Controls
To move: W/S/A/D or Arrow keys
To jump: W / Space / ↑
You are able to jump on the douens head.
To crouch: S / ↓
To sprint: Shift
To use flashlight: F
The flashlight can be used to freeze douens
Background
» The story follows a young lady by the name of Amaya whose brother was led away into the rainforests of Trinidad by douens. Amaya ventures into the unknown at the break of dust to find him and is hunted by the tales of the forest.
» This is currently the beta of the first stage of the game and is testing grounds for several mechanics, of course, inspired by the theme of this game jam!

I dont rlly know much about TT lore but it was a fun project but some of the concepts were a bit unclear. was able to finish it though
This is an awesome concept and probably the first Trinidadian indie game to be made on Trinidadian folklore in 24 hours
